Two Barcelona Players Are Included In Sofascore's La Liga Team Of The Year

According to report from Barcelona News Network, Two Barcelona players have featured in Sofascore's La Liga team of the year 2023.

Though Barcelona performance in the league this season is not so impressive but there is a positive news around the club as two of their players were included in Sofascore's La Liga team of the year.

The club will hope to begin the season in a positive note when they began the year with a match against Las Palmas.

According to analysis by Mundo Deportivo, Sofascore has released their team of the year which is based on statistics from Sofascore website with the team consisting of 11 players.

French Defender Jules Kounde and Netherlands international Frenkie de Jong are the two Barcelona players who are lucky to make Sofascore team of the year with Kounde occupying the right back position with the rating of  (7.10) while Frenkie de Jong is occupying the Central midfield (Pivot) role with the rating score of (7.30).

Only Barcelona and Real Madrid have two representative each while Atletico Madrid is only represented by former Barcelona forward Antoine Griezman.
