Paying Career
Pierre Sage began his football journey with CS Belley at the age of 6 , he spent his entire football career with CS Belley before he retired at the age of 24 for a role of technical manager with Plastic Vallée FC .
In 2003, Pierre Sage was appointed to work as a scout with Châteauroux for a season.
In 2004, he returned to Plastic Vallée where he previously worked as a scout to now work as a technical director , he also worked as a team manager with FBBP01.
Managerial Career
Pierre Sage began his coaching career in 2013 with Chamberry where he spent just a season before he face the sack.
His return to management came three years later, that was in 2016 with Sedan before moving to Lyon Duchère to work as an assistant manager.
Pierre Sage moved to Lyon to work with Olympique Lyon to work with the club youth team in 2019 before he agreed to move to Red Star as an assistant manager.

Pierre Sage began his stint with the Lyon on a high note, after two disappointing defeats, the club went on to win three games in a row, a 3:0 win over Tiulouse on 10 December 2023, a 1:0 away win over in-form Monaco on 15 December 2023 and a 1:0 home win againt Nanted which help move the club out of the drop zone.
